Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Design-Build Services for Control System Upgrade The City of Springfield, Ohio, will receive electronic qualifications for Design-Build Services for the Control System Upgrade at the City of Springfield Water Treatment Plant until 4:00 pm Local Time, on June 9, 2023. The RFQ is available through Bid Express at: https://www.bidexpress.com/ businesses/56536/home. Free registration with Bid Express will allow a bidder to review and print all projects. A digital ID will be required to submit an electronic bid. The digital ID can be set up through Bid Express. Please note that it can take up to seven (7) days to receive the digital ID.
