Sealed proposals will be received by Public Health-Dayton & Montgomery County in the Purchasing Office, Reibold Building, 2nd Floor, 117 S. Main Street, Dayton, Ohio 45422, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, until 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 11, 2019 to provide facilitation services for the Charles Drew Roof Replacement project Said bids will be opened on June 11, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. by the Supervisor of Purchasing & Facilities, (or their designee) of the Public Health - Dayton & Montgomery County in the Board Room, 2nd floor, Reibold Building, 117 S. Main Street, Dayton, Ohio 45422. Specifications are available at Public Health - Dayton & Montgomery County, Reibold Building 2nd Floor, Purchasing Department, 117 S. Main Street, Dayton, Ohio; on the Public Health website www.PHDMC.org under the Contractor Openings heading; or by filing an electronic request to pclark@phdmc.org. All potential bidders are hereby advised that the Non-discrimination and Equal Opportunity Provisions of these proposal specifications shall be incorporated into the contract. Proposal shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope identified as "RFPpc042319 1 Drew Roof Replacement" and MUST HAVE THE FULL NAME AND ADDRESS of the bidder on the envelope.
