Main Street, Dayton, Ohio 45422, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, until 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 9, 2020 to provide consulting services for the development of the CARES COVID19 Marketing Campaign Said bids will be opened on October 9, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. by the Supervisor of Purchasing & Facilities, (or their designee) of the Public Health - Dayton & Montgomery County in the Board Room, 2nd floor, Reibold Building, 117 S.
