SECTION I Advertisement for Request for Proposal and Statement of Qualifications #22-101 Collection Services for Department of Finance City of Hamilton, Ohio Sealed Proposals and Request for Qualifications will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of Hamilton, Ohio, One Renaissance Center, Finance Department, 345 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011, until two (2) o'clock p.m., local time, on the 13th day of December, 2022. The City of Hamilton, Ohio, is requesting proposals and statements of qualifications from firms who offer Collection Services. It is the intention of the City to contract the services of a firm that at a minimum, will provide: Collection Services for Utility and miscellaneous receivables. Copies of the "Request for Proposal and Statement of Qualifications" documents may be obtained from the Office of the Purchasing Agent, One Renaissance Center, 345 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received or to accept any proposal which is deemed most favorable to the City of Hamilton, Ohio.
