The Miami Conservancy District LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT & NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Miami Conservancy District (MCD) will receive sealed proposals at its offices at 38 East Monument Avenue, Dayton Ohio 45402 until 1:00 PM, Thursday, November 12, 2020, for Contract No. 2020-044C, Dayton Service Facility Renovation project in Montgomery County, Dayton, Ohio. Any proposals delivered after 1:00 PM but before 2:00 PM must be delivered to the bid opening at the Sinclair Conference Center, 444 West Third Street, Room 116, Dayton, Ohio 45402. MCD will hold a public bid opening at 2:00 PM on November 12, 2020 at the Sinclair Conference Center. Masks are required inside the Sinclair Conference Center. Bids must be submitted on MCD Proposal Forms and must be accompanied by a bid guaranty to the benefit of The Miami Conservancy District. Plans, Specifications, and Proposal Forms may be examined and obtained on MCD's website at www.mcdwater.org.
