A Class 3 Modification Request Has Been Submitted

A Class 3 modification request has been submitted to the Director of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in order to transfer the Ohio Hazardous Waste Facility Installation and Operation Permit No. 05-57-0631 (U.S. EPA ID no.: OHD074700311) for the facility located at 2841 Springboro West in Moraine, Montgomery County, Ohio, from Nexeo Solutions, LLC ("Nexeo") to Univar Solutions USA Inc. ("Univar"). Nexeo has also requested a temporary authorization pursuant to OAC 3745-50-51(F) to allow Univar to own and operate the facility until the modification request has been approved by the Ohio EPA Director. Please note that the requested change is administrative in nature, and Univar does not anticipate any material changes in the operation of the facility that would require any modification of substantive permit obligations. A copy of the modification application will be located at the Dayton Metro Library, Kettering-Moraine Branch, 3496 Far Hills Ave., Kettering, Ohio for the public to view and copy. The public will be provided 60 days from the date this notice is published to comment on the modification application.
