AMENDMENT TO BUTLER COUNTY ACTION PLAN The following activities of the 2019 Butler County Entitlement Program will be revised from the original Action Plan and Amendment #1 submitted to HUD. These changes will be made to ensure timely expenditure of CDBG funds, and/or reflect significant changes to the scope of projects. CDBG 2019 Butler County Cares COVID-19 Homeless Rental: $25,377.64 to $0 CDBG 2019 Butler County COVID 19 Hotel Quarantine Program: $50,221.60 to $0 CDBG SELF Neighbors Who Care: Home Repair Project: $0 to $70,000.
