April 8, 2019 IS the Voter Registration Deadline

APRIL 8, 2019 IS THE VOTER REGISTRATION DEADLINE FOR THE MAY 7, 2019 PRIMARY/SPECIAL ELECTION THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS, 451 W. THIRD STREET, WILL BE OPEN FOR BUSINESS FROM 8:00 A.M. UNTIL 9:00 P.M. on APRIL 8, 2019 FOR THE PURPOSE OF REGISTERING INDIVIDUALS TO BE ELIGIBLE TO VOTE IN THE MAY 7, 2019 SPECIAL ELECTION. Voter registration and change of address forms can be completed during normal business hours at the following locations: The Montgomery County Board of Elections All Public Libraries in Montgomery County Montgomery County Treasurer's Office The offices of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles All Public High Schools The Departments of Job & Family Services, Department of Health, Department of Mental Health, or the Department of Developmental Disabilities. Voters may register or change their registration address online by going to: www.myohiovote.com. QUALIFICATIONS FOR REGISTRATION A) A citizen of the United States; B) A resident of Ohio 30 days immediately prior to the election; C) 18 years of age on or before the November 5, 2019, General Election. Individuals who are unable to travel to the Board of Elections or other designated voter registration sites can request registration forms by calling 937-225-5656, by writing to the Board of Elections at 451 W. Third St. Dayton, OH 45422, or downloading a voter registration form at www.myohiovote.com. Registration forms mailed to a county board of elections office or the Secretary of State's office must be post-marked 30 days before an election in order to be valid for that election.
