Bids for 2021 Miscellaneous Water Service Replacement The City of Springfield, Ohio, will receive SEALED BIDS in the Office of the Purchasing Agent, located on the Fourth Floor of City Hall, 76 E. High Street, Springfield, Ohio, until 12:00 noon Local Time, on February 5, 2021 for 2021 Miscellaneous Water Service Replacement. Said work and each bid submitted shall comply strictly to the specifications and instructions to bidders prepared by the Service Department and now on file in the City Service Center, for use by the prospective bidder. Copies of such plans and bid proposal documents may be obtained at the Springfield Service Center, 2100 Lagonda Avenue, for a (non-refundable) payment of $10.00 for flash drive (electronic copy of plans and specs) by calling (937) 525-5800. This Bid Proposal can also be obtained through the link on the City web site https://springfieldohio.gov/ government/finance/ Reference City Bid # 21-7. Said work shall be subjected to the prevailing rate of wages as established by the Ohio Department of Commerce. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any defect in a bid which does not materially alter the contract documents.
