BOARD OF ST. CLAIR TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES LEGAL NOTICE Sale of Surplus Township Real Estate The Board of St. Clair Township Trustees hereby gives notice that it has declared the following real property titled in the Township's name to be surplus property that is no longer needed for any township purpose. Therefore, the Trustees have ordered that such property be sold, on an individual basis, through the use of sealed competitive bids in accordance with R.C. ยง 505.10: (1) 642 Beissinger Road, (2) 5105 Augspurger Road, and (3) 2502 Maple Avenue Upon completion of an appraisal a minimum bid amount for each property swill be established. These minimum bids may be located on the township's website - Bids for less than the minimum bid amount will not be considered. The terms of sale to be cash at closing. Closing to occur thirty clays alter notice to the highest bidder that its bid has been accepted. Each property is being sold separately. Each property is being sold on an "as is where it is" basis with no warranties whatsoever. A separate sealed bid for each property desired to be purchased shall be delivered in the manner of the bidder's choosing to the Township Hall, 2449 Jackson Road, Hamilton, Ohio 45011. Only one sealed bid from each bidder for each property will be accepted. A sealed bid for said properties shall be accepted at the St. Clair Township Administration Building, 2449 Jackson Road, Hamilton, Ohio 45011 until 4:00pm on Monday September 9, 2019. These bids will be opened and read aloud at the September 9, 2019 Trustees Meeting to be held at the Township Community Center, 2488 Summit Street, Hamilton, 45011, at 7:00PM.
