BOARD OF ST. CLAIR TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES LEGAL NOTICE Sale of Surplus Township Real Estate The Board of St. Clair Township Trustees hereby gives notice that it has declared the following real property titled in the Township's name to be surplus property that is no longer needed for any township purpose. Therefore, the Trustees have ordered that each property be sold on an individual basis to the highest bidder through the use of sealed competitive bids in accordance with R.C. §505.10: (1) 642 Beissinger Road, (2) 5105 Augspurger Road The following minimum bids are established for these properties: (1) Minimum bid for 642 Beissinger Road shall be Thirty thousand Dollars ($30,000) (2) Minimum bid for 5105 Augspurger Road shall be Fifteen thousand Dollars ($15,000) Bids for less than the minimum bid amount will be rejected and will not be considered. A bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid is also established. The bid bond shall be submitted by check along with the completed bid form. The bid bond is to assure completion of the sale if a bid is accepted. The bid bond can be applied to the sale price. If not applied to the sale price, and if the sale is completed, the bid bond will be returned to the bidder. The terms of sale shall be cash at closing. Closing to occur not more than thirty (30) days after notice to the highest bidder that its bid has been accepted. Each property is being sold separately. Each property is being sold on an "as is where it is" basis with no warranties whatsoever. A separate sealed bid for each property desired to be purchased (Marked sealed bid for insert address of property) shall be delivered in the manner of the bidder's choosing to the Township Hall, 2449 Jackson Road, Hamilton, Ohio 45011. Only one sealed bid per bidder for each property will be accepted. Sealed bids for each property shall be accepted at the Township Hall, 2449 Jackson Road until 4:00 p.m. on Monday, November 4th, 2019. Bids will be opened and read aloud at the Trustee Meeting to be held at the Township Hall, 2449 Jackson Road, Hamilton, Ohio 45011, at 7:00 p.m. on November 4th, 2019.
