BOARD OF TRUSTEES WEST CHESTER TOWNSHIP, BUTLER COUNTY, OHIO On May 9, 2023 the Board of Trustees of West Chester Township, Butler County, Ohio, met in Regular Session and declared the following properties located in West Chester Township, Butler County, Ohio to be public nuisance pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 505.87: 7909 Pepper Pike, parcel #M5620-169-000-034, owner Aaron and Mary Kiessling, high grass, weeds and miscellaneous debris. 7110 Tylersville Road, parcel #M5640-129-000-081, owner Jerry C. Bryant, Jr., high grass, weeds and miscellaneous debris. The determination of nuisance was made after the Board of Trustees received evidence of the above stated conditions at the subject properties. The Board of Trustees further ordered that said nuisance conditions be removed within seven (7) days. Accordingly, the property owner as stated above or subsequent owner of record are hereby notified that said nuisance conditions must be removed within seven (7) days of the date of this notice. If nuisance conditions are not removed within seven (7) days, or if provision for the removal is not made, the Board shall provide for the removal and any expenses incurred (including a 25% Administrative fee) by the Board in performing that task shall be entered upon each of the tax duplicates for the above referenced property and become a lien upon the land from the date of entry. 5-12/2023
