CITY OF FAIRFIELD LEGISLATION SUMMARY NO. 10-2022 Following is a summary of legislation adopted by the Fairfield City Council on May 23, 2022. Ord. 75-22 Contract with Human Nature, LLC and Urban Canopy Works, LLC to complete the landscape architecture and design plans for the Huffman Park Reforestation Project and declaring an emergency. Ord. 76-22 Contract with Howell Contractors, Inc. for an emergency repair to the Hunter - Mack 20-inch Water Transmission Main and declaring an emergency. Ord. 77-22 Contract with Landmark Structures I, LP, for the construction of the Port Union Water Storage Tower and declaring an emergency. Ord. 78-22 Contract with Dixon Engineering for professional engineering and inspection services associated with the City's planned Port Union Road Water Storage Tower Construction project. Ord. 79-22 Agreement with the Kleingers Group to design the improvements to the right of way and parking lot between 5072 Pleasant Avenue and 5174 Pleasant Avenue and declaring an emergency. Ord. 80-22 Contractual Appropriations: $62,500 for Hunter-Mack Water Transmission Main Repair; $5,422,000 for construction of Port Union Water Storage Tower; $106,100 for engineering & inspection services for Port Union Water Storage Tower project; $47,250 for utility work and public sewer system improvements for Harbin Park Overlook Renovation Project (existing contract); $95,000 for Right-of-Way and Parking Lot Improvement design at 5072-5174 Pleasant Avenue; $30,000 for landscape architecture and design plans for Huffman Park Reforestation Project. Ord. 81-22 Non-Contractual Appropriations: $14,000 for Wastewater Division Raw Sludge Pump; $9,899 for Wastewater Division Copying Machine; $11,000 for Water Division Dehumidifiers; $47,850 for Harbin Park FF&E Phase I; $105,000 for Community Arts Center improvements (multiple vendors).
