Ord. 100-22 Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) Local Public Agency (LPA) Agreement for BUT-TR 99-0.50 (PID114393) South Gilmore Road Project and declaring an emergency. Ord. 101-22 Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) Safety Grant Application and Agreement for Route 4 / Seward Road Intersection and declaring an emergency Ord. 102-22 Contract with Acme Lock and Door for the replacement of three (3) Exterior Police Department Doors at the Justice Center with Ballistic Rated Doors and declaring an emergency. Res. 15-22 Levying a replacement and an additional tax totaling 9.25 mills to constitute a tax in excess of the ten mill limitation for the purpose of providing funds for the operational and capital expenses of the Fire Department of the City of Fairfield, Ohio and other purposes authorized under Ohio Revised Code Section 5705.19(I) and declaring an emergency.
