Ord. 140-22 Agreement for indigent legal representation for 2023 in the Fairfield Municipal Court with Butler County Public Defender Commission/ Butler County Board of Commissioners and declaring an emergency. Ord. 141-22 Application and agreement for financial assistance through the Butler County Transportation Improvement District with the United States Department of Transportation for the Symmes Road Railroad Crossing Elimination Project and declaring an emergency. Ord. 142-22 Contract with Insight Pipe Contracting, LLC for the 2022 Storm Sewer Lining on LeSaint Drive and Northpointe Drive and declaring an emergency. Ord. 143-22 Agreement with Fishbeck for the engineering for South Gilmore Road Improvements (Resor Road to Route 4) and declaring an emergency.
