CITY OF FAIRFIELD LEGISLATION SUMMARY NO. 21-2020 Following is a summary of legislation adopted by the Fairfield City Council on November 23, 2020. Ord. 103-20: Adopt new Section 335.091, repeal Sections 533.12 and 537.17 and amend various other sections of the Traffic and General Offenses Codes of Ordinance No. 166-84, the Codified Ordinances of Fairfield, Ohio. Ord. 104-20: Agreement with Optimal Health Initiatives Consortium, Butler Health Plan, Southwest Division of OHI for Health and Dental Benefit Coverage for City Employees and declaring an emergency.
