Ord. 18-19 Amend Ordinance No. 166-84, the Codified Ordinances of Fairfield, Ohio, Section 1141.02, the City of Fairfield, Ohio, Zoning Map by changing the current Frederic's Corporation Planned Unit Development Plant to M-2, General Industrial District. Ord. 19-19 Contract with A&A Safety of Amelia, Ohio for the 2019 Pavement Marking Application Program. Ord. 20-19 Contract with Larry Smith Incorporated for the Donald Drive Water Main Replacement Project. Ord. 21-19 Appropriation Ordinance (Contractual Items) - $660,000 River & Gray Road Intersection Improvements ($580,000 WG Stang; $80,000 Duke Energy); $480,000 Donald Drive Water Main Replacement; $105,000 2019 Pavement Marking Application Program. Ord. 22-19 Appropriation Ordinance (Non-Contractual Items) $19,290 reimbursement for City of Hamilton for cooperatively funding the Route 4 Paving project; $15,000 for 2019 Traffic Signal System Assistance.
