City of Franklin, Ohio Notice of Estimated Assessments for Sidewalks, Curbs or Gutters Phase 4 The estimated assessments of the cost of constructing or repairing certain sidewalks, curbs or gutters in the City of Franklin, Ohio, in the area south of Fourth Street and the east side of I-75, as provided in Resolution 2019-55, passed October 7, 2019, have been made and are now on file for inspection in the office of the Clerk of City Council, 1 Benjamin Franklin Way, Franklin, Ohio 45005.
