CITY OF KETTERING, OHIO AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE NO. 4331-19 TO AMEND VARIOUS SECTIONS OF CHAPTERS 191 AND 192 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES REGARDING INCOME TAX AND DECLARE AN EMERGENCY The Council of the City of Kettering, Ohio, duly passed Ordinance No. 4331-19 as an emergency measure at a Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, November 26, 2019. The ordinance shall become effective and take full force immediately upon and after its adoption. A copy of the ordinance in the form in which it was passed is available for public inspection in the office of the Clerk of Council, 3600 Shroyer Road, Kettering, Ohio.
