CITY OF KETTERING, OHIO AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE NO. 4383-22 TO AMEND SECTION 476.03 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES REGARDING OPERATION OF SNOWMOBILES AND ALL PURPOSE VEHICLES AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY The Council of the City of Kettering, Ohio, duly passed Ordinance No. 4383-22 as an emergency measure at a Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, May 24, 2022. The ordinance shall become effective and take full force immediately upon and after its adoption. A copy of the ordinance in the form in which it was passed is available for public inspection in the office of the Clerk of Council, 3600 Shroyer Road, Kettering, Ohio.
