These assessments are now on file in the office of the Clerk of Council. If you intend to pay the cash assessment, payment must be received by the Kettering Finance Department, 3600 Shroyer Road, Kettering, OH 45429, no later than August 19, 2022. Should you choose not to pay the cash assessment, the tax assessment amount shown above will be added as an assessment to your property taxes.
