City of New Carlisle Legal Notice Notice is hereby given that the City of New Carlisle's 2021-2025 Capital Improvement is available for public inspection between the hours of 7:00AM and 4:00PM in the foyer of the City Administration Building, located at 331 South Church Street New Carlisle, Ohio 45344. The New Carlisle City Council will hold a Public Hearing for the Capital Improvement Plan on Monday, October 19, 2020 during the regularly scheduled online City Council Meeting beginning at 7:00PM.
