LEGAL City of Franklin, Ohio Notice of Passage of Ordinances On May 5, 2020, the Council of the City of Franklin, Ohio, adopted the following Ordinances: ORDINANCE 2020-05 CONSIDERING THE RECOMMENDATION OF PLANNING COMMISSION WITH RESPECT TO AN APPLICATION TO REZONE APPROXIMATELY 8.489 ACRES, LOCATED AT THE END OF LAKEVIEW DRIVE, FROM R-1B, SUBURBAN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO R-1A, ESTATE RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT This Ordinance rezoned property from R-1B, Suburban Residential District to R-1A, Estate Residential District. ORDINANCE 2020-06 APPROVING THE MAJOR SUBDIVISION FINAL PLAT FOR THE ANGEL'S VIEW SUBDIVISION LOCATED AT THE EAST END OF LAKEVIEW DRIVE This Ordinance approved a major subdivision final plat for property re-zoned in Ordinance 2020-05 to allow for the building of estate residential homes. The complete text of each such ordinance or resolution may be obtained or viewed at the office of the clerk of the legislative authority of the municipal corporation and may be viewed at any other location designated by the legislative authority of the municipal corporation.
