LEGAL NOTICE CLARK COUNTY BOARD OF DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES Sealed bids will be received by the Clark County Board of Developmental Disabilities, 2527 Kenton Street Springfield, Ohio 45505 until Wednesday December 4, 2019, at 10:00 A.M., for the sale of paper shredding equipment. Equipment specifications and photographs can be obtained at the administration office located at 2527 Kenton Street or can be viewed and downloaded at www.clarkdd.org/rfpswww.clarkdd.org/rfps.org To inspect the equipment, call (937) 328-5240 to schedule an appointment. The equipment is located at 110 West Leffel Lane Springfield, OH 45506. All equipment must be removed from premises no later than January 17, 2020 Each bid shall contain the full name address and phone number of each person or company submitting the bid. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of a certified check or cashier's check, equal to 10% of the bid. Checks should be made payable to the Clark County Board of Developmental Disabilities. The bid Guaranty's of unsuccessful bidders will be returned within seven days of bid opening. All bids must be submitted to the Administration Department of the Clark County Board of Developmental Disabilities, 2527 Kenton Street Springfield, Ohio 45505 no later than December 4, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. PLEASE NOTE: BIDS DELIVERED/ RECEIVED AFTER THE SUBMITTAL TIME (EXACTLY 10:00 A.M.) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids will immediately be opened on December 4, 2019, in public 10:00 a.m. in the Administration office 2527 Kenton Street, Springfield, Ohio 45506. Bids shall be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope in the lower left hand corner as "Bid for Sale of Paper Shredding Equipment". The name and address of the bidder must also appear on the outside of the envelope. The successful bidder must pay full amount of bid, less the 10% bid guaranty within 5 working days of bid opening. The Clark County Board of Developmental Disabilities reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
