LEGAL NOTICE Dayton Public School District (DPSD) intends to enter into an agreement with a qualified vendor to deliver Information Technology Consultant Services for Dayton Public Schools. On August 17, 2022, DPSD will post a formal solicitation for RFP 22-028 Information Technology Consultant Services at: https://dps.bonfirehub.com/ opportunities. All interested parties, potential Offerors, and those seeking to do business are hereby notified that this web site will be updated periodically to include additional documentation. It is the responsibility of interested parties to continuously visit this website to receive any additional posted information regarding this solicitation. All questions pertaining to this solicitation will be accepted ONLY in writing through the Bonfirehub until August 25, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. EST. A Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be held Wednesday, August 24, 2022@ 10:00 a.m. Attendance is strongly recommended. Details for joining the meeting will be found in the solicitation document. Sealed Proposals to provide Information Technology Consultant Services For Dayton Public Schools will be accepted on Thursday, September 1, 2022, 12:00 p.m. EST. Responses must be submitted electronically at https://dps.bonfirehub.com/ opportunities. Firms submitting Bids must be approved by the Human Relations Council of the DPSD of Dayton and must submit with their Response evidence of such approval. Based on Ohio Revised Code 5719.042, DPSD requires that all firms submit with their Response an affidavit affirming status of delinquency on property taxes.
