LEGAL NOTICE NO. 19-8102 Per the Middletown Code of Ordinances Part 12, Chapter 1226, notice is hereby given that the Middletown City Council will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. on November 19, 2019, during the City Council meeting held in the Council Chambers on the lower level of the City Building, One Donham Plaza, Middletown, Ohio on the following: Public Hearing: Map Amendment Case #3-19: A request by DDC Management, LLC for Sawyers Mill Project I, LLC for a map amendment to rezone the property located at Parcel ID: 07051010041 to allow for 5.09 acres of the property to be zoned R4-P: Planned Development District (Residential) and 1.97 acres of the property to be zoned B-2: Community Business District. The property is located at 5583 S. Dixie Highway, Middletown, OH 45042. Planning Commission's recommendation will be forwarded to City Council for final review and decision. Interested persons may appear and be heard at the time and place so stated.
