LEGAL NOTICE NO. 643 NOTICE TO REPAIR SIDEWALKS, CURBS & GUTTERS 2019 The following persons, owners of the hereinafter designated properties, who are either non-residents of the City of Miamisburg or whose whereabouts after diligent search cannot be ascertained, will please take notice that on the 2nd day of April, the City Council of the City of Miamisburg adopted Resolution No. 6789 requiring that certain sidewalks, curbs, gutters, drive aprons, trees and stumps and miscellaneous in the said City be repaired: NAME LOCATION PARCEL NO./LOT NO. The plans and specifications for such repairs are on file in the office of the City Engineer for examination. Upon completion of the project, the property owners will be invoiced for their share of the cost. If not paid in 30 days, the unpaid amount plus interest (market rate) and Montgomery County's 5% fee will be assessed against the said properties for a ten-year period.
