LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on June 4, 2019, the City Commission of Springfield, Ohio, passed the following legislation: Ordinance No. 19-150, Amending Ordinance No. 91-90, passed March 12, 1991, and commonly known as the Codified Ordinances of The City of Springfield, Ohio, by amending Section 911.02 Service Charge Rates, and Section 911.04 Bulk Water Purchases, and repealing existing Sections 911.02 and 911.04. Copies of the foregoing legislation are on file in City Hall at the Office of the Clerk of the City Commission, 76 East High Street, Springfield, Ohio, and are available for public inspection.
