LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on July 5, 2022, the City Commission of Springfield, Ohio, passed the following legislation: Emergency Ordinance No. 22-228, Providing for the issuance and sale of notes in the maximum aggregate principal sum of $826,200 in anticipation of the issuance of bonds to pay the cost of constructing sidewalks, curbs and gutters comprised in the 2022 Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter Program at various locations throughout the City; and declaring an emergency therein. Copies of the foregoing legislation are on file in City Hall at the Office of the Clerk of the City Commission, 76 East High Street, Springfield, Ohio, and are available for public inspection.
