LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on August 2, 2022, the City Commission of Springfield, Ohio, passed the following legislation: Ordinance No. 22-244, Amending Ordinance No. 91-90, passed March 12, 1991, and commonly known as the Codified Ordinances of The City of Springfield, Ohio, by amending certain provisions of the Traffic and General Offenses Codes. Emergency Ordinance No. 22-250, Providing for the issuance of bonds to pay the property owners' portion, in anticipation of the collection of special assessments heretofore levied of the cost of constructing sidewalks, curbs and gutters comprised in the 2021 Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter Program at various locations throughout the City; and declaring an emergency therein. Emergency Ordinance No. 22-251, Amending Ordinance No. 22-228 which provided for the issuance and sale of notes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds to pay the cost of constructing sidewalks, curbs and gutters comprised in the 2022 Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter Program at various locations throughout the City, to correct the interest rate; and declaring an emergency therein. Copies of the foregoing legislation are on file in City Hall at the Office of the Clerk of the City Commission, 76 East High Street, Springfield, Ohio, and are available for public inspection.
