LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on May 23, 2023, the City Commission of Springfield, Ohio, passed the following legislation: Ordinance No. 23-159, Amending Ordinance No. 91-90, passed March 12, 1991, and commonly known as the Codified Ordinances of The City of Springfield, Ohio, by repealing and replacing certain sections of Chapter 931 entitled Public Infrastructure Improvements and Chapter 1211 entitled Improvements, Standards, and Specifications. Ordinance No. 23-161, Approving and authorizing the execution of an Infrastructure Agreement for the development and financing of public improvements for the Melody Parks Project Copies of the foregoing legislation are on file in City Hall at the Office of the Clerk of the City Commission, 76 East High Street, Springfield, Ohio, and are available for public inspection.
