LEGAL NOTICE OF COMMENT PERIOD on Draft FY 2022-23 CDBG Annual Action Plan. The Department of Development Services received comments for the Draft FY 2022-23 CDBG Annual Action Plan for Middletown, Ohio from February 9 March 9, 2022 which included the recommended 2022-23 budget for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. The City will open up an additional comment period for two (2) days to receive comments regarding the Draft FY 2022-23 CDBG Annual Action Plan for Middletown, Ohio beginning July 20 through July 22, 2022. The Draft plan will be available on the City's website and in the Department of Development Services, Third Floor, One Donham Plaza, Middletown OH. Comments on the proposed plan will be received in writing via email to ashleyc@cityofmiddletown.org or may be remitted to Department of Development Services, Attn: Annual Action Plan Comments, One Donham Plaza, Middletown OH 45042.
