LEGAL NOTICE Public Notice of Industries in Significant Non-Compliance (SNC) of Pretreatment Regulations as required in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 40 Part 403 (General Pretreatment Regulation) The City of Mason is required to publish an annual listing of all industries that were in Significant Noncompliance (Code of Federal Regulations Title 40 Part 403) with the pretreatment regulations during the previous pretreatment year. Industries that were in Significant Noncompliance (SNC) during the period of September 1, 2019 to August 31, 2020 are as follows: Empire Packing LP, 4780 Alliance Drive, Mason, Ohio 45040. Violation: First quarter (September-November). The City of Mason issued a letter of significant violation per program requirements due to an industrial lift station malfunction from new construction debris that overflowed.
