LEGAL NOTICE REVISED PRELIMINARY SITE PLAN (STAGE 2 PUD) FOR ABERLIN SPRINGS PUD IN UNION TOWNSHIP The Warren County Commissioners will hold an administrative hearing in the Commissioners Meeting Room, 406 Justice Drive, Lebanon, Ohio, on August 4, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. to consider the Revised Preliminary Site Plan (Stage 2 PUD) for the Aberlin Springs PUD, Barbara R. Aberlin, Trustee, owner of record. The applicant is proposing to modify their PUD Stage 2 and Preliminary plan for the property. The modifications include: a reduced buffer on Lot 84, from 40' to 10'; a greater number of dwelling units with access from a single driveway; revised storm water management area; and three (3) additional dwelling units.
