LEGAL NOTICE STAGE 2 PIMLICO POINTE (RESIDENTIAL) The Deerfield Township Zoning Commission will hold a public meeting at the Deerfield Township Meeting Room, 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 180, Deerfield Township, 45040 on July 11, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. to consider an application for Stage 2, Final PUD Plan for Pimlico Pointe (Residential), filed in Case #2022-204. The subject properties are described as Warren County Sidwell Parcel Numbers 15063880010 & 15063880021 located north of Tylersville Road in Deerfield Township, Warren County, Ohio. The applicant is proposing 245 residential units (including 20 single-family units). The application will be available for examination, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm and Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, at the Deerfield Township Zoning Department located at 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 150, Deerfield Township, Ohio 45040, at least ten days prior to the public hearing.
