LEGAL NOTICE The Middletown City School District Board of Education hereby gives public notice in accordance with Section 3307.353 of the Ohio Revised Code that Mr. Randall R. Bertram, Treasurer/CFO, will be retiring and is seeking employment with the District in such position following retirement. The Board of Education will hold a public hearing on the issue of Mr. Randall R. Bertram being employed in the District before the Board of Education meeting on Monday, November 16, 2020, 6:15 p.m., at One Donham Plaza, City Council Chambers, Middletown, Ohio 45042. Board action may be taken 15 to 30 days following this hearing. 10-13/2020
