NOON ON SATURDAY, JULY 30, 2022 IS THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT AN ABSENTEE BALLOT REQUEST FOR THE AUGUST 2, 2022 PRIMARY ELECTION Absentee ballot request forms are available online at www.mcsafevoting.com or you may submit a written request for an absentee ballot that must include: Your name Voting residence Mailing address to which you want your ballot mailed Your birthdate One of the following Your Ohio driver's license or state ID number The last four (4) digits of your social security number Copy of current and valid photo identification, a military ID, a current utility bill, bank statement, government check, paycheck or other government document, other than a notice of voter registration mailed by a Board of Elections, that shows your name and address. Date of election in which you wish to vote Ballot style desired (Democrat, Republican or Issues Only) A statement that you are a qualified elector Your signature REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY NOON ON SATURDAY, JULY 30, 2022 TO: Montgomery County Board of Elections Absentee Department 451 W. Third St. Dayton, OH 45422 ALL COMPLETED ABSENTEE BALLOTS MUST BE RECEIVED AT THE BOARD OFFICE BY 7:30 P.M. ON ELECTION DAY IN ORDER TO BE COUNTED. The only exceptions are: A voter outside of the United States, whose ballot must be post-marked no later than Election Day, and received within 10 days after the election A voter from within the United States, whose ballot must be post-marked no later than the day before Election Day and received within 10 days after the election.
