Notice is hereby given that on 1/4/21 Council of the City of New Carlisle held a regular meeting where the following was PASSED: Resolution 2021-01R A RESOLUTION REVISING THE NEW CARLISLE CITY COUNCIL RULES OF COUNCIL Ordinance 2020-47 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 240 "CITIZENS' PARTICIPATION PLAN" AND CHAPTER 246 "EMPLOYEES GENERALLY" OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF NEW CARLISLE FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADOPTING NON-DISCRIMINATION PROVISIONS FOR CITY EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF NEW CARLISLE Ordinance 2020-48 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE FOR FIRE AND EMS DISPATCHING SERVICES Notice is hereby given that on 1/4/21 the following legislation was INTRODUCED: Ordinance 2021-01 (Introduction Tonight.
