Notice is hereby given that on 9/21/20 Council of the City of New Carlisle held a regular meeting where the following was PASSED RESOLUTIONS: none ORDINANCES: ORDINANCE 2020-34 AN ORDINANCE SUPPLEMENTING CERTAIN APPROPRIATIONS CONTAINED IN NEW CARLISLE CITY ORDINANCE 2020-12 Notice is hereby given that on 9/21/20 the following legislation was INTRODUCED ORDINANCE 2020-35 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AND AGREEMENT WITH AARON HARTER FOR THE PURPOSE OF SLUDGE REMOVAL ORDINANCE 2020-36 AN ORDINANCE SUPPLEMENTING CERTAIN APPROPRIATIONS CONTAINED IN NEW CARLISLE CITY ORDINANCE 2020-12 ORDINANCE 2020-37 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1042, APPENDIX A OF CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF NEW CARLISLE, OHIO REGARDING CERTAIN SEWAGE SYSTEM CHANGES Copies of all Ordinances and Resolutions can be found at the City Offices 7-4 pm M-F. Special Meeting: 9/28/20 at 6:00pm to discuss waste water rates and appoint a new member of Council.
