Notice is hereby given that on 9/8/20 Council of the City of New Carlisle held a regular meeting where the following was PASSED RESOLUTIONS: RESOLUTION 2020-15R A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE 2021 OFFICIAL CERTIFICATE OF ESTIMATED RESOURCES AND ALONG WITH THE TAX YEAR 2021 RATES AND AMOUNTS FROM THE CLARK COUNTY BUDGET COMMISSION ORDINANCES: A. ORDINANCE 2020-31 AN ORDINANCE SUPPLEMENTING CERTAIN APPROPRIATIONS IN NEW CARLISLE CITY ORDINANCE 2020-12 B. ORDINANCE 2020-32 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A BID FOR AN EXCLUSIVE FRANCHISE FOR THE CURBSIDE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF RESIDENTIAL GARBAGE, REFUSE, AND RECYCLABLES IN THE CITY OF NEW CARLISLE, OHIO Notice is hereby given that on 9/8/20 the following legislation was INTRODUCED ORDINANCE 2020-30 ACTION ON 9/21/20 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 240 "CITIZENS PARTICIPATION PLAN" AND CHAPTER 246 "EMPLOYEES GENERALLY" OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF NEW CARLISLE FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADOPTING NON-DISCRIMINATION PROVISIONS FOR CITY EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF NEW CARLISLE ORDINANCE 2020-34 ACTION ON 9/8/20 AN ORDINANCE SUPPLEMENTING CERTAIN APPROPRIATIONS CONTAINED IN NEW CARLISLE CITY ORDINANCE 2020-12 Copies of all Ordinances and Resolutions can be found at the City Offices 7-4 pm M-F. The next regularly scheduled Work Session will be held Monday, September 21, 2020 @ 6:00 pm to discuss upcoming city legislation and city business including interviews for council position. The next regularly scheduled meeting of the New Carlisle City Council will be Monday, September 21, 2020 @ 7:00 pm. A Special Meeting will be held Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at 7:00pm to appoint a new member of Council.
