Notice is hereby given that the West Chester Township Trustees adopted the following resolution at an emergency meeting on Tuesday, June 2, 2020: Emergency Resolution No. 12-2020 authorizing the West Chester Township Administrator to issue orders implementing a township-wide curfew for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare, dispensing with the second reading and declaring an emergency attest: Bruce Jones, Fiscal Officer.
