Notice is hereby given that the West Chester Township Trustees adopted the following resolutions at their regular meeting on Tuesday, June 14, 2022: Statutory Resolution No. 15-2022 authorizing the acceptance of proposed agreed partial final order resolving the West Chester Township Board of Trustee's nuisance case against Sumera Khan and property at 7942 Third Street and Statutory Resolution No. 16-2022 finding multiple police department vehicles are not needed or are unfit for public use; authorizing the disposal of said vehicles through sale to Great Oaks Career Campuses; and, crediting the sale price as tuition for the police academy attest: Bruce Jones, Fiscal Officer.
