Notice of Allocation Change and 30-Day Comment Period

NOTICE OF ALLOCATION CHANGE AND 30-DAY COMMENT PERIOD for Draft FY 2023-24 CDBG Annual Action Plan. The Development Services Department received a final allocation for PY23 on February 27, 2023 which amends the Draft FY 2023-24 CDBG Annual Action Plan for Middletown, Ohio and the recommended 2023-24 budget for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. Copies of the revised draft plan are available on the City's website and in the Development Services Department, Third Floor, One Donham Plaza, Middletown OH. The thirty (30) day comment period began on February 22, 2023 and runs through March 24, 2023. Comments on the proposed plan will be received in writing via email to ashleyc@cityofmiddletown.org or may be remitted to Development Services, Attn: Annual Action Plan Comments, One Donham Plaza, Middletown OH 45042. City Council will receive and consider comments or recommendations prior to approving and directing the submission of the Annual Action Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
