NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MIDDLETOWN PORT AUTHORITY The Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Middletown Port Authority will hold a special meeting on Thursday, September 22nd, 2022 at 2:30 P.M. at 1 Donham Plaza, Middletown, OH 45042, Room 2C. The purposes of the meeting are to (i) discuss matters relating to an economic development project, and (ii) consider or act upon any other business as may properly come before the Board. 9-20/2022
