NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF ANDBERT, INC. Notice is hereby given that on September 28, 2018, Andbert, Inc., an Ohio corporation ("Andbert"), having its principal office in Butler County, Hamilton, Ohio by resolution of its shareholders, elected to dissolve and wind up its affairs. Any and all claims against should be presented in writing and received by Andbert no later than 60 days after this notice. All claims must contain reasonable information to inform Andbert of a substantial claim. Andbert, without further notice to claimant, reserves the right to make distributions to other creditors or claimants including its shareholders.
