Notice of Dissolution of Christ the King Lutheran

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION of Christ the King Lutheran Church Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 1702.48 of the Ohio Revised Code that the previously existing Ohio nonprofit corporation named "Christ the King Lutheran Church" has been dissolved, liquidated and terminated effective as of December 31, 2018. The corporation filed a Certificate of Dissolution with the Secretary of State of Ohio on December 27, 2018. All claims must be presented in writing and must identify the claimant and contain sufficient information to reasonably inform the corporation of the substance of the claim. The mailing address to which the person must send claims is: Christ the King Lutheran Church, c/o Adam J. Biehl, Bailey Cavalieri LLC, 10 W. Broad Street, Suite 2100, Columbus, OH 43215. The deadline by which the corporation must receive the claim is January 31, 2018. The claim will be barred if the corporation does not receive the claim by the deadline. The corporation may make distributions to other creditors, claimants or others without further notice to the claimant. 1-1, 1-8/2019
