Notice of Election Notice is Hereby Given

NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a resolution passed on January 7, 2019 by the Piqua City School District Board of Education, Miami County Ohio, there will be submitted to the qualified electors of the said district at the General Election to be held on the 7th day of May 2019, at the regular places of voting therein, the following question: "a renewal of one and eight tenths (1.8) mills and an increase of one and two tenths (1.2) mills to constitute a tax for the benefit of Piqua City School District for the purpose of general permanent improvements at a rate not exceeding three (3) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to thirty cents ($0.30) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2019, first due in the calendar year 2020." The polls for said election will be open from 6:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. on said day. By the order of the Board of Elections for Miami County, Ohio.
