NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that in pursuant to an ordinance passed on January 28, 2019, by the City of Union Council, Montgomery and Miami Counties, Ohio, there will be submitted to the qualified electors of said district at the Special Election to be held on the 7th day of May, 2019, at the regular places of voting therein, the following question: "Shall the Ordinance providing for a 1% levy increase on income for the purpose of general municipal operations; maintenance of equipment; acquisition of new equipment; extension, enlargement, and improvement of municipal services and facilities; and capital improvements, including debt services charged thereon beginning on January 1, 2020, be passed?" The polls for said election will be open from 6:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. on said day. By the order of the Board of Elections for Montgomery County, Ohio.
