Notice of Election Notice is Hereby Given

NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution passed on February 18th, 2020 by the Village of Phillipsburg Council, Montgomery County, Ohio, there will be submitted to the qualified electors of said district at the General Election to be held on the 3rd day of November, 2020, at the regular places of voting therein, the following question: "A replacement of a tax for the benefit of the Village of Phillipsburg, for recreational purposes and for providing and maintaining parks, at a rate not exceeding 3 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.30 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2021, first due in calendar year of 2022." The polls for said election will be open from 6:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. on said day. By the order of the Board of Elections for Montgomery County, Ohio.
