Notice of Election Notice is Hereby Given

NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution passed on April 27, 2020 by the New Lebanon Local School Board of Education, Montgomery, Ohio, there will be submitted to the qualified electors of said district at the General Election to be held on the 3rd day of November, 2020, at the regular places of voting therein, the following question: "Shall an annual income tax of one-half of one percent (0.5%) on the school district income of individuals and of estates be imposed by the New Lebanon Local School District, to renew an income tax expiring at the end of 2021 for five years, beginning January 1, 2022, for the purpose of current expenses?" The polls for said election will be open from 6:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. on said day. By the order of the Board of Elections for Montgomery County, Ohio.
